Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of Doypacks (stand-up pouches) with regular or irregular shapes, with hanging hole and without zip closure. Particularly suitable for large stand-up pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, weighing system, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, one dosing unit is included, along with one filling hopper. The machine can optionally be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, allowing either two different materials to be processed or the filling process to be split, thereby increasing production speed (especially relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.–max.): H(120–320)xW(100–240)mm; max. filling capacity: 2000ml; max. idle cycle rate: 50 cycles/minute; 10kW; 18m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)6900x(W)1250x(H)1550mm; weight: 2600kg. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional add-on modules (e.g., discharge conveyor) shown in the machine photos are optional extras for this position and are for illustrative purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films; however, the films to be used must have print marks. We will gladly check and confirm the corresponding compatibility based on a sample submission.
