Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches with regular or irregular shapes, optionally with a hanging hole, without zip closure. Adjustable for 3-side or 4-side seal. Especially suitable for small pouch sizes. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). Two pouches are processed per production cycle, thus achieving a higher output per minute. The production process requires two dosing units. Main components: PLC, touchscreen operator monitor (menu available in several languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. – Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(90-180)xW(50-80)mm; max. filling capacity: 100ml; max. machine cycle rate idle: 75 cycles/minute (equals max. 150 pouches/minute); 4.5 kW; 13 m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)3550x(W)970x(H)1500mm; weight: 1500 kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or other additional attachments (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are additional options and for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on samples.
