Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of doypacks (stand-up pouches) with regular or irregular shapes, with hanging hole, without zip closure. Especially suited for small stand-up pouches. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger filler, weighers, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). Two pouches are processed per production cycle, resulting in a higher output per minute. The standard configuration includes 2 dosing units and accordingly 2 feed hoppers. The machine can be equipped with two additional dosing units and feed hoppers, allowing either processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, which increases production speed (relevant, for example, with viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operator monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Bag sizes (min.-max.): L(110-250)xW(90-140)mm; max. filling capacity: 600ml; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 110 cycles/minute; 13.5kW; 24m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)8800x(W)1100x(H)1500mm; weight: 3000kg. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or other additional extensions (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) depicted in the machine photo are optional extras and shown for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide variety of composite films; films must have registration marks. We will gladly check and confirm compatibility upon sample submission.
