AMTEC HFFS CS50-M FSP

Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of Doypacks (stand-up pouches) with regular or irregular shapes and a corner screw cap. Particularly suitable for medium-sized production quantities; integration of liquid or paste fillers possible. One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, the machine comes equipped with one dosing unit and one filling hopper. Optionally, the machine can be fitted with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, allowing the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, which increases production speed (especially relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen control panel (menu available in multiple languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(180–260)xW(110–180)mm; max. filling capacity: 1200ml; max. idle cycle speed: 50 cycles/minute; 9kW, 15m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)6800x(W)1100x(H)1500mm; weight: 2500kg. All product-contact components are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or further add-on modules (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) visible in the machine photo are optional extras and shown for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide variety of laminated films, provided that the films are printed with register marks. Film compatibility can be checked and confirmed based on your sample upon request.

The machine/system is also available in other versions for various packaging sizes and speeds.
