AMTEC F800-L100

Flow wrapper for high-speed packaging of smaller products in pillow bags with longitudinal seam. The flow pack packaging machine is suitable for packaging individual or multiple, dry, uniform or non-uniform products. A special feeding system is installed upstream of the flow wrapper. Sorting and in-line feeding of products to the pushers (flow wrapper infeed table) is managed by the six servo-driven side belts. This eliminates the need for individual manual placement of products, providing a significant production advantage and contributing substantially to the cost-efficiency of the flow wrapper. AMTEC's flow pack machine features perfectly matched rotating knives and their diameters to the bag length, optimizing speed as a result.
