Flow wrapper for high-speed packaging of smaller products in longitudinal seam pillow bags. The flow pack packaging machine is suitable for packaging single or multiple, dry, uniform or non-uniform products. A special feeding system is installed upstream of the flow wrapper. Sorting and feeding the products in line to the carriers (flow wrapper infeed conveyor) is handled by six side conveyor belts driven by servomotors. This means that products do not have to be placed individually by hand, providing a significant production benefit and greatly contributing to the economic efficiency of the flow wrapper. AMTEC's flow pack packaging machine features rotating knives perfectly matched to the bag length and diameter, resulting in optimized speed.
