Overview: The ALWID KRONE-D is a semi-automatic dosing filler. The machine is suitable for volumetric filling of non-carbonated liquids (from low to high viscosity) for the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.

Process: The ALWID KRONE-D is a semi-automatic machine. The operator manually places the bottles on the height-adjustable worktable and presses the START switch at each filling valve. This allows for individual bottle filling as needed. Once the START switch is pressed, the filling valve moves down and opens. The bottle is filled, after which the filling valve closes and automatically moves up when the preset volume is reached.

The machine can be used for various liquids, bottle shapes, and sizes without requiring additional format parts. The fill volume can be easily and quickly adjusted using interchangeable volume adjustment rods. Subsurface filling is possible when foaming products need to be filled. The machine is mobile and can be wheeled.
