This piston filler is capable of filling volumes from 0.1 to 1.0 liters into plastic or glass containers. The fill volume can be easily adjusted. Closures are pressed onto the containers, with an option to upgrade to a screw capper. Besides sauces, the machine can also be used for dressings, spirits, or mayonnaise. The sub-surface filling system is ideal for products prone to foaming. Technical Data Capacity: 6,000 bottles per hour with 250 ml bottle volume. A test demonstrated that mayonnaise can also be filled at a rate of 6,000 bottles per hour with a 500 ml volume.
