Standard equipment
The control panel of the F 45 is mounted at eye level, enabling convenient control of all axes and clear visibility of all settings. One-hand operation for the swing-away device.

Standard equipment
The F 45 is equipped with a parallelogram safety guard featuring two hoods for 90° and mitre cuts. Both are infinitely adjustable in height and self-holding. The large pressure roller at the infeed point automatically adapts the guard to the workpiece thickness. The maximum saw blade diameter is 450 mm, allowing a maximum blade protrusion of 154 mm.

The Altendorf double roller carriage can be locked steplessly in any position. The hardened steel rollers ensure precise connection between upper and lower carriages on hard-chromed guide rails. The carriage construction is a highly torsion-resistant and distortion-proof multi-chamber hollow system. The table surface is anodised. A hard-chromed round bar serves as the interface for the cross-slide and various accessories.

This patented Altendorf fence with integrated length compensation facilitates precise 90° angle and mitre cuts in one operation. At both front and rear fence positions, the swivel angle can be infinitely adjusted up to 49° and is indicated by a measuring scale.
