ALD 600 Automatic Pastry Production Line

The ALD is a very flexible and productive line that processes dough gently.

Suitable for various types of bakery and confectionery dough (with less than 70% moisture content),
such as wholegrain, rye, hard and soft dough, with or without yeast, cookie dough, gluten-free,
even dough with dry inclusions (or other crushed food materials).
