AL-KO PROFI JET

Thanks to their modular design, the PROFI JET® series system filter units allow for customized planning and construction of extraction solutions for virtually any required air volume and for almost every conceivable application. The proven system also excels with outstanding noise insulation, made possible by insulated wall panels, and minimizes heat loss during outdoor installation. Eligible for BAFA funding under Module 4.

Functionality:
The individually designed extraction units of the PROFI JET range feature a robust steel frame as the basic structure. The frame is fully paneled with insulated, double-walled, powder-coated steel sheets, ensuring all plant components—including fan, filter cleaning, and discharge elements—are enclosed, protected from dust, debris, and weather. The clean-air-side fans are installed in the upper section of the unit, drawing dust- and chip-laden air into the filter unit. A generously sized pre-separation chamber ensures efficient removal of coarse particles and chips. The subsequent filter bags or cartridges capture the remaining fine dust. The cleaned exhaust air is routed either back into the building or outdoors via a sound-insulated recirculation chamber.
