AL-KO ECO JET

With air flow rates of up to 22,000 m³/h, the stationary compact filter systems of the ECO JET series offer a wide range of applications. They are the ideal extraction solution for machines in diverse manufacturing sectors and industries, including larger processing machines. Eligible for BAFA subsidies according to Module 4.

ECO JET series systems are equipped with clean-air side fans which draw dust- and chip-laden air to the filter unit. For the most powerful DUO models, two fans are connected in parallel. A flange at the filter unit inlet allows for the connection of customised duct diameters. The airflow within the separator chamber is aerodynamically optimised so that coarse particles are directly separated before reaching the filter bags. Remaining dust collected by the filters is automatically cleaned off by the AL-KO OPTI JET® filter cleaning system; the separated material is discharged into mobile collection bins located below the filter.
