The AL-KO Power Unit is a high-performance, fully enclosed filter system equipped with a clean-side fan. The unit meets filtration class H3 requirements: return air dust content is below 0.1 mg/m³. Delivered fully assembled for easy and quick installation and commissioning. Chips are collected in containers positioned under the filter, allowing easy removal of chips from beneath the machine. Filtered air can be recirculated into the workshop or extracted outdoors via a dedicated duct. The enclosed design ensures quiet operation and a dust-free environment. The return air dust content is only one tenth compared to traditional bag extractors! Filter cleaning is performed automatically using compressed air or mechanically via shaking devices. Automatic cleaning is controlled by a vacuum sensor. Post-cleaning is carried out during shutdown. Filter media is class C and antistatic.
