All operations—such as spray, immersion, and ultrasonic degreasing cycles as well as the distillation, filtration, and drying of parts—are performed sequentially and automatically in a completely vacuum-sealed environment. The Wave 450 machine can operate with: modified alcohol-based solvents (MA) / Class III hydrocarbons (H-III) / chlorinated solvents (Perchloroethylene). These types of solvents are specifically used when an intensive degreasing phase is required, evaporating completely and leaving no residue on treated parts.
