Raptor Hypersonic Spray Applicator

The spray applicator is used for filling surface shrinkages or damages in various materials; it is, for example, perfectly suited for the repair/regeneration of aluminum rims.
With this technology, we can fill gaps without heating the sputtered component.
After sputtering, the surface is suitable for grinding or turning and contains no internal pores, meaning that no craters form on the component surface after post-processing.
