The equipment is a manually operated stacker crane with forklift, designed to serve the STAK System warehouse racking. The rated load capacity of the crane is 1000 kg. Loads are stored on removable steel sheet pallets (pallets) on the rack, with each pallet having an allowable load capacity of 1,000 kg. Loads are lifted along with the pallet by the crane and positioned as needed. The racking design allows flexible placement of pallets at height intervals of 98 mm. The crane moves in the aisle between two parallel racking rows and has a runway extension at one end for forklift loading. A pair of fixed U-profile columns beneath the crane provide vertical guidance for the fork assembly. The guide column is connected to the trolley via a ball ring, allowing full rotation of the load. Lifting is performed by an electric chain hoist drum located on top of the rotor. The trolley runs freely between the two I-profile main supports of the crane. The structure moves longitudinally on two rails fitted above the racking rows. On the runway extension, the track cantilever projects beyond the row of the racking scaffold. Handles on the back of the column allow manual longitudinal, lateral, and rotational movement of the assembly. The control box for operating the lifting device is also located here.
