The granulation line consists of a belt conveyor, an agglomerator technologically integrated with the extruder; a two-stage, twin-screw extruder with L/D ratios of 28:1 and 12:1, equipped with a degassing system, hydraulic screen changer, water ring pelletizer head, centrifuge, vibrating feeder with sieve, pneumatic conveyors, buffer tank, and control automation with control cabinet. The line is a reliable recycling solution suitable for plastic films, bags, scraps (≤ 0.5 mm), and other soft PE/PP waste. It features a compact structure, ergonomic layout of individual units, smooth operation, convenient maintenance, low noise, and low energy consumption.

The control panel is dedicated to the line and contains all electrical components for all line equipment. It utilizes high-quality, internationally recognized components, including Siemens low-voltage devices, Fuji inverter, Omron temperature controller, etc., ensuring reliable production line operation.

Additionally, the control panel features a safety interlock device: when the door is opened, power is cut off and no current is present in the panel, making inspection and maintenance significantly safer, with no risk of electric shock. Power is restored only once the door is closed.


Feed material requirements:

• Washed PE/PP films or bags
• Thickness ≤ 0.5 mm
• Raw materials should not contain oil, metal, or other contaminants
