- A complete retrofit kit to allow unrestricted manual loading and unloading in accordance with EC conformity, as well as implementation of equipment to CE standards
• New control cabinet with certified dual-channel electronic Siemens safety PLC (1512SP F or 1515F) for cycle control, with integrated operator panel for operating modes: setup two-hand, single stroke two-hand, and foot operation (only in combination with BWS); manual lever operation is no longer possible,
• Hydraulic safety block for monitoring the closing motion on the main cylinder,
• Position-monitored directional valve for up and down movement of the ram in the main cylinder,
• Two-hand control unit with dual-channel monitoring of the two-hand synchronisation on the press table (incl. 5m cable),
• Replacement of main and control pump motors,
• Replacement of seals on the main cylinder,
• Fine filter with contamination indicator,
• The press is equipped with an electronic position measurement system (including teach-in function and display of current ram position), eliminating the need for a mechanical cam controller.
