Model: TYP PPA.

The machine features a robust and heavy-duty steel frame; the moving components are the cutting carriage and the side panels, while the machine tables are stationary. The carriage and side panels are driven by two reinforced toothed belts, ensuring backlash-free cutting in both directions.

Machine equipment includes:
- Automatic, self-adjusting saw blade tensioning system
- Air cushion system mounted on both tables to facilitate easy maneuvering of foam blocks
- Automatic knife guidance (working range from 250 mm to 1300 mm)
- Automatic measurement of cutting length
- Integrated saw blade sharpener
- Stainless steel table plates
- Bushings in the table legs for easy installation of the separating saw
- Cut correction function in dual-sided cutting mode
- Cutting carriage equipped with linear bearings
- Side guidance also based on linear bearing technology

Machine specifications:
- Cutting width to the right of the saw: 1350 mm (option: 2050 mm)
- Cutting width to the left of the saw: 2050 mm (option: 2500 mm)
- Cutting length: 2200 mm (option: 2500 mm)
- Cutting height: 1300 mm

The machine is protected by a safety fence, and at the loading and unloading zones, safety light curtains with ten beam segments are installed.
