ARGOS PID PLUS PELLET Controller!
Argos PID Plus PELLET is designed for controlling a boiler with an automatic fuel feeder. In addition to managing the combustion process (control of the screw feeder and blower), it also manages:
– C.O. circuit (time schedules, option to connect a room panel)
– DHW circuit (boiler charging pump, time schedules)
– Additional 230V output (e.g., circulation pump or extra heating circuit)
– Mixing valve (time schedules)
PID ALGORITHM

SV2000 Feeder
The feeder is an integral part of the central heating boiler with automatic fuel dosing. Fuel is delivered from the hopper (bin) to the burner by an auger. Combustion takes place in a specialist, patented fifth-generation fire chamber. The auger is powered by a gear motor consisting of a motor and gear reducer. The burner ignites and extinguishes automatically!

Main tasks of the SV2000 burner:
– fuel combustion
– combustion intensity control
– automatic fuel delivery
– safety
– energy efficiency

Equipped with a so-called stepped feeder:
No need for an additional pellet adapter, the stepped feeding system separates the fuel and ensures safety.

The shut-down procedure ejects and burns off all remaining pellets from the lower feeder
Improved air distribution for faster ignition
Use of two energy-efficient gear motors and a robust feeding system increases reliability; the pellet level sensor has been eliminated
A new combustion chamber shape guarantees increased longevity of the SV2000 feeder components
