The automatic basket cleaning system XTON Smart Cleaner SC850™ is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel and AISI 316 acid-resistant steel. Designed for use across multiple industries and the automotive sector, this washing system is intended for degreasing and cleaning parts contaminated with oil or grease, without damaging the surfaces of the cleaned components. Cleaning efficiency is enhanced through our proprietary XPOWER Active Cleaner BA fluid, which, in combination with optimal temperature and pressure, removes all types of contamination effortlessly. The unit operates in a closed loop system at temperatures up to 80°C. Standard features include a rotating basket with an 85 cm diameter and a 250-litre tank that can be optionally thermally insulated to prevent rapid fluid cooling. The Smart Cleaner SC850™ delivers high cleaning quality, time and energy savings, as well as safe and convenient operation. The washer is specifically designed for the automatic removal of contaminants from cast iron, aluminium, and steel surfaces. The design and construction of the Smart Cleaner SC850™ comply with the highest ISO 9001 quality standards and ISO 14001 environmental standards.
