XTON Smart Cleaner SC 1000

The automatic basket cleaning system XTON Smart Cleaner SC1000™ is made of stainless steel AISI 304 and acid-resistant steel AISI 316. It is designed for use in various industrial sectors and the automotive industry. The cleaning system is intended for degreasing and cleaning parts contaminated with oil or grease, without damaging the surface of the cleaned components. Cleaning efficiency is enhanced by our proprietary XPOWER Active Cleaner BA liquid, which, in combination with optimal temperature and pressure, effortlessly removes all types of contaminants. The system operates in a closed-loop circuit at temperatures up to 80°C. Standard equipment includes a rotating basket with a diameter of 100 cm and a 300-liter tank, which can optionally be thermally insulated to prevent rapid cooling of the liquid. The Smart Cleaner SC1000™ offers high cleaning quality, saves time and energy, and ensures safe and convenient operation. The cleaning unit is designed for the automatic removal of contaminants from cast iron, aluminum, and steel surfaces. The design and construction of the Smart Cleaner SC1000™ comply with the highest quality standards ISO 9001 and environmental standards ISO 14001.
