XTON Master Cleaner MC1500

Workshop cabin washing system, manufactured from stainless steel AISI 304 and acid-resistant steel AISI 316, designed for professional use across various industries and in the automotive sector.
It is used to remove heavy contaminations without damaging the surface of the cleaned component.
The system operates in a closed loop at temperatures up to 45°C. The working table width is 150 cm.
The washing system is equipped with a 110-liter tank, which can optionally be thermally insulated to prevent rapid cooling of the heated fluid. Cleaning efficiency is further enhanced by our proprietary XPOWER Active Cleaner fluid, which, together with the appropriate temperature and nozzle pressure from the spray gun, easily removes all types of dirt. Standard equipment includes a high-pressure lance up to 140 bar, an air blow gun, and a low-pressure overflow brush. The wash cabin is pneumatically lifted, with adjustable height, bright LED lighting, and air ventilation for the viewing window to ensure comfortable operation. The design and construction of the Master Cleaner MC1500 meet the highest quality standards according to ISO 9001 and environmental standards according to ISO 14001.

The Master Cleaner MC1500 is fitted with a dedicated oil separator that effectively removes oil contamination from the water inside the washer's tank.
