XTON DPF Master Flash Professional PLUS

A high-quality device for the regeneration of DPF/FAP/GPF/SCR/EURO 5/EURO 6 filters and catalytic converters. Constructed entirely from stainless steel (AISI 304) and acid-resistant steel (AISI 316), it is suitable for all types of vehicles. The machine features a 275-liter tank, a high-pressure pump with a capacity of up to 250 l/min, and an integrated filtration system for drying.

Master Flash technology fully leverages the advantages of the hydrodynamic process, restoring filter efficiency to up to 99.9% compared to a new filter. It is completely safe for the monolithic structure of DPF filters. Properly configured parameters ensure thorough removal of PM10, PM2.5 particles, soot, carbon deposits, oil, cerium oxides, and heavy metals, thereby preserving the factory filter characteristics.

The pump with chemical seal and electronics based on components from leading European manufacturers guarantee the highest quality and reliability. The machine is equipped with a filter contamination measurement system (backpressure measurement) and an integrated drying system that reaches temperatures from 70 up to 130 degrees Celsius. The advanced filtration system, featuring a pre-cleaning filter, significantly extends the service life of the main filters. Master Flash technology, combined with the unique XPOWER DPF CLEANER chemistry, effectively removes PM10, PM2.5 particles, carbon deposits, oil, cerium, and heavy metals without any mechanical interference with the filter structure, restoring factory performance to 99.9%.
