Differences between the standard horizontal saw bench and the specific veneer saw bench: the saw is equipped with the following adaptations:

- reinforced guards around the saw head to prevent sawdust intrusion between the flywheel and the blade
- additional protective shields due to more powerful and higher volume sawdust extraction
- double-cut blade
- graphite blade guides (bakelite on the standard model)
- special system for changing graphite blade guides
- special protection for chassis and sensors; plexiglass in the head cover (differently designed saw head cover compared to standard bandsaw)
- additional sensors for blade deviation
- full-length pneumatic jet cleaning for the saw bench
