WRAVOR WRC1000

Small WRAVOR WRC 1000 horizontal sawmill, the smallest in the range, stationary version:
Solid flywheels with 1000 mm diameter for a cutting diameter of 1 m, sawing length adaptable according to possible frame extensions: currently 8 m (12 m frame)
Hydraulic (clamps/rollers, log turners, centre aligners) and mechanical equipment

• 4 hydraulic loading arms attached to the frame
• 3 pairs of claws / 3 additional positions available as option
• Hydraulic lifting of the log on clamps, with 2 mechanical rollers and 1 driven roller, height-adjustable
• Hydraulic centre aligners (up/down movement): 4 units
• Mechanical supports: 3 units
• Hydraulic lifting rollers: 3 units
• 90° centre aligners, up/down movement: 3 units
• Standard hydraulic log turners: 2 units
• Hydraulic power pack: 40 L tank, and 16 L tank for the 4 kW pump

• Overhead electric cable mounted on rail and rollers
• Mechanical outfeed table (2.5 m; available in hydraulic, tilting, 4 m version, connectable to the control station as an option)

Control station is currently separate from the sawmill. Basic control system, Wravor program, joysticks, and sawdust extraction system at head available as options.
