Horizontal sawmill WRAVOR WRC 1250, with solid flywheels, reinforced 17m frame, allowing for 12m cutting length.

Loading deck for feeding the saw and 8m roller outfeed conveyor: both items are also available as options.

Hydraulic equipment (dogs, log turners, and centering devices), standalone control station, SIEMENS + WRAVOR cutting program, joysticks. Sawdust extraction system along the entire frame via overhead pipe and hydraulic arm.

The sawmill bed length is adjusted to the maximum log length (with additional equipment on the frame).

Robust construction, superior build quality using special wear-resistant material (long service life).

*Fast log centering system - in the center of the frame - with hydraulic angles or hydraulic centralizers (moving right/left, up/down).

*Hydraulic grab arms with two cylinders move up/down, left/right and secure the log at all points, regardless of its shape.

*Hydraulic rollers – move up/down (individually or all together) and rotate – to level the log on the frame, move the log forwards and backwards, and then move the last board/beam from the sawmill towards the outfeed conveyor (or any other direction).

*Hydraulic power pack supply – three power supply options, with or without frequency converter.

Optional cable-operated saw head feed: more robust, more precise, and easy to replace in case of cable fraying.
