The following work was carried out on the machine in the past four years:

- End of 2022: Tailstock fully overhauled. New bearings, new centre, and lubrication.

- 2024: Cross slide refurbished.
- Slideways machined, fitted with new sliding linings, scoring on guideways smoothed by scraping.
- Bearing seats for spindles loosened, slideway gibs hand-scraped on contact and sliding surfaces.
- Lubrication pump cleaned and restored, lubrication function checked, some metering valves replaced, and guideway wipers newly manufactured.

The machine can be inspected at our warehouse in 09599 Freiberg.
