Function:

Optimisation software for the electronic control of an optimisation unit to regulate saw spindle movement. This software includes an industrial PC with colour touchscreen for entering cut lists, displaying optimisation results, machine data, and fault signals.

Preferred software features: multifunctional handle for mark quality and width measurement; laser detection of board width; each handle corresponds to an individually and infinitely adjustable saw spindle.

The software optimises longitudinal cutting with consideration for material yield, value, and productivity. Different widths, qualities, values, and board quantities can be prioritised; selection of stored strip sizes via touchscreen.

All production data are entered, stored, and analysed, allowing for precise control of all cuts at any time.

Independent control panel with clearly arranged controls (with 6 m cable). A mist spray device applies lubricant onto the saw spindle to prevent dirt and resin buildup. One movable 'Standard' bush per saw blade for every movable saw spindle.
FIX laser, red, manually adjustable via scale, for indicating saw blade position. One movable laser, red, per adjustable saw spindle for blade position indication. Range according to ambient lighting, including adjustment mechanism, synchronised to the movable saw blade. Each adjustable laser spindle features separate motorised adjustment for its respective laser. The respective saw blade adjustment laser axis can be shifted for visualising the next cut while the previous board is still being processed in the saw.
