Automatic positioning system:
The machine switches automatically between vertical and horizontal positions via an automatic positioning system and cuts panels according to the optimization plan generated by the integrated optimization software. No manual intervention is required from the operator during the entire cutting process. The automatic panel lifting system allows the formatting process to finish while keeping the panels on the machine.

Automatic cutting with integrated optimization:
The automatic cutting program included with the DPM AV allows the operator to input measurements, and the sizing process is completed automatically. The optimization plan forms a standard part of DPM AV’s automatic cutting. Users can optimize cuts for single or multiple boards by entering parts lists into the program. Cutting processes are optimized and executed automatically.

Automatic clamping and lifting system:
The servo-controlled automatic lifting system is a distinguishing feature of the DPM AV. This system allows a single operator to handle even large panels and cut them to the desired sizes according to the optimization plan, without physical effort or manual intervention. Precise cuts are made without friction or physical force, as the lifting system supports the panel’s weight. The servo-driven precision stop system achieves dimensional accuracy of 0.1 mm. The pneumatic clamping system included with the DPM AV is part of the lifting process.

High-quality, precision-engineered support rollers with double bearings facilitate smooth operation and easy handling of panels on the machine.
