CNC special-purpose machine model HPC FLEX-V100 from Werkzeugmaschinenfabrik Vogtland. The system is designed as a single-spindle machining module with horizontal and vertical machining capabilities and an automatic pallet changer system, specifically planned for the machining of rolling bearing cages.

The machining unit is based on a combination of two NC rotary tables (A and B axes), allowing access to various machining positions and division angles. With this 2-axis combination, a pallet with clamping fixture is pivoted from the loading position into the machining position.

Loading is performed via an automatic pallet changer with a separate pallet loading station. Direct loading inside the work area is not foreseen by design.

The system is equipped with extensive peripherals, including a coolant system with high-pressure unit, chip conveyor, hydraulic power unit, recooling system, central lubrication, and oil/mist extraction system.

Machine control is handled by a Siemens SINUMERIK 840D.

Used industrial special-purpose machine from production environment. The system is fully assembled and equipped with comprehensive peripherals.

Visually, the machine exhibits normal signs of use consistent with age and previous operation, particularly in the working area.

Inspection by appointment is possible. Dismantling, loading, and transport are to be arranged by the buyer.
