Single-Mast Lift as a Versatile Solution

The first expansion stage of our modular system is the ESL, or "Single-Mast Lift." The name says it all: the ESL is a lifting system with one lifting column, on which a conveyor cage travels vertically. The ESL is standard-rated for 500 kg load capacity.

The standard conveyor cage has internal dimensions of 1000 mm x 1600 mm (external 1100 mm x 1700 mm), providing space for a Euro pallet with pallet jack. It features a flat floor (15 mm thick with an approach ramp at the loading side on the ground floor), allowing easy loading and avoiding the need for a pit recess in the building floor. The cage enclosure is 1100 mm high and made of robust welded mesh.

By default, the ESL is supplied as a fully enclosed, self-running lift system. Each floor is equipped with appropriate floor doors and all necessary fixed enclosures made of machinery safety mesh. The floor doors are system-integrated and can only be opened when the conveyor cage is at the respective floor, thanks to an electric safety lock.
