Seat testing device with steel structure for mounting and attachment on climate test chamber incl.:

• 2 pneumatic weight lifting units (150 mm stroke) for specimen exchange, 12 weights of 5 kg each
• 1 base frame in standard steel welded construction for fixing to the underside of the climate test chamber. This frame is fitted all round with removable panels and has 2 hinged doors for setting the eccentricity. These doors are equipped with safety switches.
• 2 eccentric discs with bearing and tachometer, 2 connecting rods, 2 ball guides
• 2 perforated assembly tables, 20 mm grid, 650 x 650 mm, for connecting specimens, made of aluminum, thickness min. 10 mm
• 2 perforated mounting plates, 20 mm grid, 200 x 200 mm, for connecting the seat impression dummy
• 2 load bars 60 Ø made of stainless steel (Connection to the specimen is not included in our price, but can be offered subsequently according to exact definition.)
• 2 three-phase motors, 2 belt drives with tensioners
• 1 pneumatic control unit with 2 manual valves, a filter-regulator unit, and a shut-off valve. 1 electric control cabinet with 2 SEW frequency converters, manual switch, emergency stop button, 2 push-in, 2 push-out buttons, 2 speed displays, 2 potentiometers for speed adjustment, 2 preset load cycle counters with zero setting and shut-off.
