Seat Test Apparatus with steel frame for mounting and fastening on the climate test chamber incl.:

• 2 pneumatic weight lifting devices (150 mm stroke) for specimen change, 12 weights of 5 kg each
• 1 base frame, standard steel welded construction for fastening to the underside of the climate test chamber. This frame is equipped all around with removable panels and has 2 hinged doors for setting the eccentricity. The doors are fitted with safety switches.
• 2 eccentric discs with bearings and tachometer
• 2 connecting rods, 2 ball guides
• 2 mounting tables, perforated, 20 mm grid, 650 x 650 mm, for connecting specimens, made of aluminium, min. thickness 10 mm
• 2 mounting plates, perforated, 20 mm grid, 200 x 200 mm, for connecting buttock dummy
• 2 load bars Ø60 from stainless steel (fixture to specimen not included in our price, but can be offered upon detailed specification)

• 1 pneumatic control unit with 2 manual valves, one filter-regulator unit and one shut-off valve
• 1 electrical control cabinet with 2 SEW frequency converters, manual switches, emergency stop button, 2 on-pushbuttons, 2 off-pushbuttons, 2 speed displays, 2 potentiometers for speed adjustment, 2 cycle preset counters with zero setting and automatic shutdown
