We are selling a new Weishaupt dual-fuel burner -mu, type WM-GL20/4-A with digital combustion manager WFM.

This unit was purchased as a backup, but has never been used and remains in its original packaging.

Performance range (heating oil EL): 350 - 2450 kW
Fully automatic, sliding/two-stage or modulating operation on both oil and gas sides, depending on control type.
Gas-side control range up to 1:8 possible.
Oil-side control range up to 1:5 possible.

Designed for combustion of heating oil EL according to DIN 51603 and natural gas per DIN DVGW worksheet, including the following components:
- Burner housing
- Blower with three-phase motor
- Integrated speed control module for frequency converter (included)
- Combustion air regulation with actuator
- Fuel system consisting of high-pressure gear pump with pressure regulating valve, solenoid valves for rapid shutoff, nozzle assembly and nozzle
- Magnetic coupling for deactivating the oil pump during gas operation

- Mixing device consisting of burner head and diffuser—steplessly adjustable for optimal combustion results
- Ignition system consisting of high-voltage ignition transformer, ignition cables with plug connection, and ignition electrodes
- Combustion manager for full burner function and performance control via electronic compound control
- Suitable for continuous operation in line with TRD 411 and 412
- Flame monitoring via UV cell

Digital Combustion Management:
With the combustion managers W-FM 100 and W-FM 200*, burner plant operation becomes more convenient and secure. All essential functions such as fuel and air supply, or flame monitoring, are precisely recorded and controlled digitally. The goal is to optimize operations, maximize efficiency, and minimize emissions. Digital combustion management now enables this optimization with limited effort. Installation and maintenance requirements are significantly lower than with conventional technology. For example, a separate control panel for burner management may become unnecessary. Remote control, remote diagnostics, and third-party system monitoring are also possible, enhancing safety and convenience for the operator.
