For profiling windows, doors and similar components with asymmetrical circumferential profiles. Suitable for wood thickness from 68 to 92 mm.

Processing time per frame (medium size 1.20 x 1.20 m): approx. 2 min.

The available tool positions are selected from the control panel via selector switch.

Machine equipped with 3 hydraulically controlled right-hand precision lifting spindles for accommodating 3 tool sets, each with 2 x 95 mm spindle stroke per spindle. The spindle lift operates in a U-motion to minimize the opening in the milling fence for short parts. The spindle lift is finely adjustable horizontally for both tool positions from the operator side. Central lubrication for spindle units.

For tear-free profiling of window sashes, frames or doors, the first spindle can be switched to clockwise or counterclockwise rotation.

For the last 100 mm of each frame end, this spindle dips into the passing wood using the appropriate climb-mill tool. This prevents the tool of the following spindle (working in counter rotation) from causing tear-out. The first 7 feed rollers can be lifted via foot switch, thus reducing throughput time. An additional support rail permits the profiling of large format frames as well.

Continuous, chainless rubber roller feed with extremely short roll spacing. Height adjustment of the feed beam is digitally indicated.

Electrical equipment according to VDE standards.

Machine comes with operating tools, but without processing tools.
