Intuitive operation thanks to Siemens PLC control with touch display

To ensure the electronics are optimally matched to the machine, we design, build, and wire our own control cabinets. We use only high-quality components, such as those from Siemens or Rittal. User-friendly touch interfaces guarantee quick adjustments. Functions such as setting the pusher cycle or stop ensure high throughput rates. Integrated overload protection also prevents machine damage.

No material bridging thanks to self-clearing hopper design

The hopper fulfills several functions: it is used to load material for shredding—whether manually, mechanically, or via conveyor belt. The generously sized opening also allows for convenient feeding of very large parts. Its special design, rounded at the front, is crucial for effective shredding as it reliably prevents material bridging. Even bulky parts are automatically and cleanly fed to the shredder. Hopper extensions and lids with gas struts are available as options.

Durable rotor bearings thanks to offset design

Rotor bearings must be built especially robustly due to their heavy-duty operation. To prevent the ingress of dust or foreign substances, we have separated the bearing from the machine frame. This also makes maintenance much easier and provides quick access.
