Wegoma SZ 500

The 5-axis machine is designed for industrial processing of large-volume and heavy aluminum and steel profiles. The machine is equipped with a 450 mm saw blade.

Window construction profiles, special structures, façade profiles, and steel profiles are suitable for machining on this tool machine. The frame features a welded construction that is mechanically machined. The frame material thickness exceeds 14 millimeters to ensure a flat surface and to prevent deformation during transport and/or movement of the machine. The frame is fitted with 12 adjustable steel feet that can adapt to any type of flooring and are equipped with rubber pads to prevent the transmission of vibrations to the ground. A movable carriage made from welded steel tubes is mounted on the frame and connected by several supports to ensure maximum stability and to prevent bending of the stand, even during demanding operations on steel or other tough materials.
