DESIGN
VFDK powder booths are engineered as open-wall, cartridge-filtered units designed for manual powder coating from one side. The booths are constructed with powder-coated sheet metal and equipped with castor wheels for mobility. Each system is comprised of an automatic self-cleaning filtration unit, an exhaust ventilation system, and an integrated electrical control panel. High-efficiency, long-life cartridge filters made of 100% polyester ensure reliable particulate capture.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
An extraction fan generates airflow, directing overspray powder coating particles into the filter unit where they are trapped on the filters’ exterior surfaces. During operation, a pulse valve–controlled backflush mechanism automatically cleans the filters. Powder collected at the base of the booth can be removed from a drawer, sifted, and reused. Optionally, a vibrating sieve with a hopper can be integrated for enhanced powder recovery.
