The innovative power of the automatic pointing machine makes it possible: this machine combines pointing, chamfering, and cross-cutting into just a few efficient work steps and within a single cycle time.

Behind it is a sophisticated system that performs all production steps with maximum precision at the highest speed. Perfect for all round timbers that have already been milled and/or peeled and are awaiting their final shape as posts, stakes, or palisades.

The round timber pointing machine is available as a single-length or double-length model.

Both models allow three process steps—cross-cutting, pointing, and chamfering—to be performed fully automatically and simultaneously. Without interrupting the production flow: for example, the single-length machine can process up to 4,000 wooden posts or more per shift.

The high-performance geared motors are driven via frequency converters to achieve maximum performance—for top speed during cutting and optimized cycle times.

This is particularly advantageous when handling different diameters: the processing speed can be easily adapted to the round timber.
