For sale are two Viessmann Vitocrossal 200 CM2B gas condensing boilers, each with a nominal output of 246 kW. Both boilers were installed in 2017 and are in excellent condition. The units have been serviced regularly and were in operation for only 8 years. Due to the building's conversion to district heating, the boilers are now available. The boilers have already been decommissioned and are fully disconnected from the system.
