Engine: 30 kW at 1500 rpm / 36 kW at 1750 rpm
2 x Mazzoni pump: 21 liters per minute per pump at 1450 rpm, set to 350 bar. The low-speed operation ensures the engine runs quietly and smoothly.
Pressure control via variable speed and manual adjustment using 2x Zero 350 valves. Hoses are virtually pressure-free (10 bar) when the trigger is closed. This design allows for safe operation since the hoses and pumps are almost pressureless and only build up pressure when the trigger is engaged.
2 x burners for heating water up to 120°C; on request, we also offer V+ steam, providing up to 140°C at the nozzle.
This machine allows two operators to work simultaneously and independently, each with different temperatures and pressures.
The drive system is specially developed for extended service life and easy maintenance.
The unit includes 2 diesel tanks: one 90-liter tank for the engine and one 90-liter tank for the burners.
Developed for continuous 24/7 operation.

Equipped with two water tanks of 325 liters each, offering a total of 650 liters water storage.
The Vibemo easy start panel provides protection against overheating and low oil level (engine shuts off), and uses indicators to show faults. Additional safety features include low water level protection and a lid-open interlock during operation. You can also monitor operating hours, engine speed, and alternator charge current here.
Temperature control is user-friendly, displaying both the set and actual temperature values.
As a standard feature, a 3-way valve is installed, making it possible to spray at 350 bar and 40 liters per minute (also with hot water up to 100°C max), making this unit suitable for applications like sewer cleaning or stable cleaning.
Additional features include an emergency stop, interior lighting in both the engine and reel compartments. Reels and burners are made from high-grade stainless steel. All hoses are standard 50 meters.
Includes pre-filter for water supply and intermediate filter per pump.
Supplied with: 2 trigger guns, 2 straight lances with 25° flat spray 20 L/min, 2 turbo lances 20 L/min, 1 straight lance with 25° flat spray 40 L/min, 1 turbo lance 40 L/min. 2 pressure gauges for setting readout.
3-level indicators for diesel and water tanks, for clear and organized overview.
All components built into a tandem axle trailer (2500 kg) - dimensions (LxWxH): 300x150x150 cm.
