Transport arrangements to be agreed upon – can be handled either by us or by the buyer.

Manufactured by Ventech (Świebodzin).
The dryer requires installation of a control unit. We can supply this, or you can order directly from Ventech.

Fans: Axial, reversible, aluminum impellers (800 mm diameter) with specially designed blades. Fan housings/guides are also optimally contoured aluminum.

Motors: Siemens, 3 kW, special dryer version, insulation class H, approx. 1400 rpm. Designed for the harsh environment of the drying chamber. Quantity: 8 units.

Heating medium: Hot water at boiler temperature 90-95°C, pressure 1.5–3 bar. Heating valve: 3-way motorized DN65, 1 piece per chamber.

Spray medium: Warm (cold permissible) water, pressure 1.5–3 bar. Electromagnetic spray valve DN15, 1 piece per chamber.

Gate type: Lift-and-slide doors, both operated by a shared crank-hoist mechanism.
