Set description
The VEMAG burger production line is a fully automated system designed for forming, portioning, and arranging beef, poultry, fish, or plant-based burgers. The machines deliver high output, precise portioning, and excellent shape consistency while maintaining high hygienic standards in production.

The line consists of three main components:

1. VEMAG ROOBOT 500 Filler (2015)
Automatic feeding system – the main drive of the line.
Controls the movement and dosing of filling into the former.
Equipped with a portion feeding system with precise control.
Ensures consistent performance and weight accuracy.
Stainless steel construction, hygienic design suitable for pressure washing.

Capacity: up to 6,000 portions/h (depending on raw material)
Portion range: from 20 to 300 g

2. VEMAG FM250 (2020)
Burger former – the newest element of the line.
Forms burgers, patties, meatballs, plant-based, and fish products.
Variable shape and thickness – quick mold change possible.
Integrated forming plate system with adjustable size.
Ideal for precise forming of products with high-quality surface finish.

3. VEMAG SC261 (2015)
Belt discharge conveyor / separator:
Receives formed products and arranges them in rows.
