Overview
This meat grinder for fresh and frozen meat, model: VDW S 2000, was manufactured in Germany in 2017. It is a demonstration unit with low operating hours (500 hours). The machine is equipped with a column loader for 200L bins. Discharge height: 900 mm (for 200L containers). Extendable step with guard for improved access to the loading hopper. Automatic adjustment of the screw conveyor and working screw rotation speed depending on torque. The control cabinet is integrated into the machine and features internal ventilation to reduce the risk of condensation. User interface with touch panel (Start/Stop, Emergency Stop) for ease of operation. Neck cover with safety sensor and lock.
