Customs: VASG KFT handles all EU customs clearance.

Delivery times:
DE, AT, IT, HU, Benelux, Balkans: 7–14 days.
FR, ES, PT, UK, Baltics: 10–20 days.

Unloading: Customer is responsible for unloading on site (crane/forklift required, approx. 900 kg).

4. PAYMENT TERMS & INVOICING
Official invoicing is handled by our European headquarters, VASG KFT (Hungary).

B2B (corporate clients): 50% on order (pro forma), 50% before shipment.

B2C (private clients): 100% prepayment with order.

Prices: All prices are net of VAT and shipping costs.
