This used RUSTIK MASTER 400 wood brushing machine is designed for final surface finishing – fine sanding, structuring, smoothing, and other finishing operations. The specific surface treatment depends on the type of tool – brush – used. The machine is suitable for small and medium-sized wooden workpieces or composite materials based on wood and certain plastics.

Surface finishing, structuring, and grain enhancement. These operations are used mainly for modifying the surface of solid wood workpieces. The aim is to create or accentuate the natural grain structure of the wood. Brushes of various hardness are supplied for this purpose. The choice of a suitable tool depends on the technical process requirements and the desired surface structure. The working part of the tools in this case is made of synthetic and metal fibers of various properties.

If fitted with alternative, non-original brushes, the machine can also be used for other operations such as surface cleaning, polishing, fine finishing sanding, and more.
