Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

This machine is primarily designed for manufacturing keyways from 3–28 mm (and beyond) and profiles of similar dimensions. Its compact, space-saving design makes it suitable for small, medium, and large operations. The competitive price makes it a worthwhile investment for small runs as well as one-off production.

Drive is provided by a pole-changing geared brake motor. The maintenance-free double spindle drive ensures smooth operation, centralized pull, and consistent cutting performance. The open tool table allows even large workpieces to be easily positioned. In most cases, the workpieces do not need to be clamped. Stroke adjustment is performed via adjustable end stops with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple workpieces can be stacked.

Broaching needles, mandrels, and spare parts available upon request.
