Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

The main application is the machining of keyways from 3–28 mm (and beyond), as well as profiles with similar dimensions. The compact and space-saving design enables the machine to be used efficiently in small, medium, and large workshops. The low purchase price makes it an attractive solution even for small batches and single-item production.

Drive is provided by a pole-changing geared brake motor. The maintenance-free double-spindle drive ensures smooth operation, a central pulling axis, and constant cutting performance. The open design of the tool table allows for positioning of even large workpieces without restriction. In most cases, clamping the workpieces is not necessary. Stroke adjustment is achieved via adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple components can be stacked.

Broaching needles, arbors, and spare parts available upon request.
