Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

This machine is primarily designed for the production of keyways from 3 to 28 mm (and beyond) and profiles of similar dimensions. The compact and space-saving design makes this machine suitable for use in small, medium, and large companies alike. Its low purchase price makes it worthwhile even for small production runs and one-off jobs.

Drive is provided by a pole-switchable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free twin spindle drive ensures smooth operation, a central pull point, and constant cutting performance. The open worktable design allows even large workpieces to be placed without restriction. In most cases, clamping of the workpiece is not required. Stroke adjustment is via adjustable limit switches. For short hubs/workpieces, several workpieces can be stacked.

Broaching tools, arbors, and spare parts available upon request.
