Construction
The exhaust air filter frame is manufactured as standard from steel - AISI 304 (special versions, e.g. from AISI 316, are possible).

Operating Principle
The scrubber is equipped with two filter towers – a pre-treatment column and a main treatment column.
The first column contains one filtration stage, while the second column includes an additional four-stage gas filtration process.
Each filtration stage is equipped with spray nozzles, allowing for self-cleaning of the filter cartridges.
Condensed oils and contaminants from the exhaust gases are collected in the water tank located at the base of the machine. Afterwards, impurities are filtered from the bath by a lamella oil separator.

Installation
The buyer must ensure access to the machine for utilities such as cold/hot water and compressed air, as well as the ability to replace the water bath after the cleaning process.
