The standard frame of the container washing system is made of stainless steel – AISI 304 (it is also possible to manufacture the frame from AISI 316 stainless steel as an option).

Equipment
The IBC washing system is configured with a single workstation. It allows for the semi-automatic internal cleaning of the IBC container (using a lowered washing head) and manual external cleaning (using a wash gun).

Workstation
The machine is equipped with a system for dosing a single type of chemical into the process and a tank with a system for heating and maintaining water temperature.
The workstation features a turntable for more thorough external cleaning of the container and an automatic scale to facilitate rinsing operations.

Installation
The washing tank is equipped with feet for adjustable machine height. The customer must provide a location with connection points for utilities such as cold/hot water, compressed air, and drainage.

Base with Turntable and Tilting Function
The washing station has a movable base under the container, allowing external cleaning from any side. During external rinsing, the base rotates under the action of the water jet directed at the container. Rotation can be locked with a dedicated brake.
