The standard frame of the container washing system is made of stainless steel – AISI 304 (it is possible to manufacture the frame from, e.g., AISI 316 steel – optional).

Equipment
The IBC washing station is equipped with a single work position. It is possible to clean the inside of the IBC container semi-automatically (using a lowered washing head) and to clean the container externally using a manual spray gun.

Workstation
The machine features a chemical dosing system for a single type of agent within the process, as well as a tank with a system for heating and maintaining water temperature.
The workstation includes a turntable, which allows for more thorough external cleaning of the container, and an automatic scale to facilitate rinsing.

Installation
The washing tank is fitted with adjustable feet, allowing the height of the machine to be set as needed. The customer should provide a location with access to necessary utilities, such as cold/hot water, compressed air, and drainage.

Base with Turntable and Tilting Function
The washing station features a movable floor in the tank, allowing the container’s exterior to be washed from all sides. During external rinsing, the floor rotates under the force of the water jet directed at the container. The rotation can be locked with a special brake.
