The operation of the Urschel CC is based on centrifugal force. The product is fed into the rotor and pressed against the inner walls of the stationary cutting head, ensuring perfect repeatability of slice thickness, minimal raw material loss (no crushing effect), and excellent finished product structure. The machine’s design enables continuous in-feed without the risk of chamber clogging, which significantly increases the efficiency of the entire processing line.
